To help the most underprivileged, deprived and vulnerable members of society,
especially orphaned children, providing education where possible.
It will carry out this work with love, committment and compassion.

Tanzanian
Board
of
Directors
provides
leadership
for
the
work
of
Bethany
in
Tanzania
and
oversees
the
day-to-day
running
and
development of the project. The team includes:
Jesca Paulo – Project Coordinator
Emmakulatha Bujiku – Headteacher
Mwita Marwa – Site Manager
Sophia Joseph – Board Member
Faustine Duttu – Board Member
Jesca,
Emmakulatha
and
Mwita
form
the
executive
team,
working
closely
together
to
put
plans
into
action
and
oversee
the
work
at
Bethany on the ground.
OUR TANZANIAN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The
daily
work
at
Bethany
would
not
be
possible
without
our
dedicated
Tanzanian
staff.
Our
Children’s
Home
team
works
each
day
to
care
for
the
children
and
provide
a
safe,
supportive
and
family-like
environment
in
which
they
can
grow
and
develop.
Our
School
team
is
responsible
for
the
education
and
development
of
the
children,
helping
them
to
learn,
discover
their
abilities
and
prepare
for
their
future.
These
members
of
staff
are
at
the
heart
of
Bethany's
daily
life
and
are
a
very
important
part
of
our
wider
family.
